“I had such a pleasant stay here! The location is very convenient, just a short walk from BTS Bang Chak, with lots of food options and shops nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out in Bangkok. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Sukhumvit!”

“I was a bit concerned once I read the reviews, but I did not experience any of the situations described here. The staff at the reception is very nice, I was not asked to leave a review for quicker checkin. The room is clean and simple, I saw no cockroaches, no dirt underneath the bed. The bathroom is clean and the room itself gets cleaned and set up everyday. The location indeed is not great and the area feels a bit dodgy but even as a solo traveler, I went to the 7/11 to get some stuff. The pictures do look better than the reality and from what I understand there is an old building and a new building. I got a room in the old one, but even that one, it is clean and comfortable. The building and the room look a bit dated but it is still a good value for money”

“Room was spacious with daily water supplied. Rooftop pool was amazing! Room cleanliness I gave 4/5 as the floors hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival nor by the time I checked out.”

“Not the best location unless in my case I wanted something close to the Hockey Development Center. Clean room, amazing staff (even showed us around and pool) The pool is infinity with amazing view of city. The breakfast was not cheap but still worth the money I felt. A piano in the lobby made waiting for taxi go faster.”

“Such an amazing find! Stayed here for 3 nights and only paid for the 1st night as we got the rest of the stay free because of a raffle. The free stay was supposed to be for a double twin room, but they let us keep the deluxe room I booked for the first night. All the staff were very accommodating and kind. They provide housekeeping and free water bottles everyday. They also have free coffee and a laundromat on the first floor! It's 8 minutes away from the nearest station, there's a 7/11 on the same street, and the massage salon on the right after you go out the street is great! The only issue I found is that you could hear a lot of the noise outside, so if you have noisy neighbors, it's kind of a bummer. For only 1,600 php/2 pax ($30) per night, this is such a steal! I would definitely book here again when I come back in Bangkok.”

“My review considers that this is a 3 star hotel, I had a pleasant stay as my first hotel in Bangkok. Staff was polite and welcoming. The room had came with the basics: beds, tv, mini fridge, water, towels and soaps. They have a pool and a VERY small gym. Breakfast consist of a small buffet at an extra fee where you can find the usual egg, saussage toast, but they do vary the 3-4 Thai menu items daily. Not much to do around the hotel other than some street food and a few good massage parlor but its a good launch point as it is a short walk away from BTS Bang Chak station.”

“Great price. Paid £94 for 4 nights. Loved the rooftop pool. Great views and had a gym aswell as 2 saunas. Was located in a quieter area but 5 minutes walk to the train station. Would stay here again. Great value”
